What is Karma? Karma is a long-held belief that everything we do is a cause of the spiritual principle of cause and effect. The effect that we later experience. The sum of a person’s actions in this and previous states of existence is viewed as deciding their fate in future existences.
Cause and effect is an untransmutable law, but this law does not hold that we should be punished or blocked because of our past experiences. It is the law of cause and effect. It is a law of love and it seeks to release us from the past. The past is based on the belief in linear time, a time in the past.
You decide based upon thoughts what you choose to think. All of us need to understand that we truly do choose our thoughts and choose what type of life we experience.
Everyone is equally qualified to pick and experience the beautiful and best life. A very peaceful and meaningful life is your birthright. Of course, going through painful obstacles is one way to achieve spiritual growth, but not the only way.
Enlightenment can be achieved with a peaceful life. Because you are already enlightened right now. You would not be reading this if you did not have a hint of enlightenment right now. We apparently pick our lifestyle by thinking or putting our thoughts out there.
If we are experiencing lack, limitation, or pain of any kind, it simply means that somewhere within us we are choosing thoughts of fear. We sometimes are not even aware of these thoughts or believe that we have no control over them. However, with practice, we can become aware of our thoughts of what type of thought is in our mind each moment. If you feel pain, you will know that you have held a fearful thought.
Once you progress in a path, you will develop less tolerance for pain until you reach a level of zero pain. You will no longer hold that fearful thought. Then you will recognize and release. You can use your angels or guides to give you the strength to hold on to positive and loving thoughts.
Sometimes, we do not understand or know what is going on with our reincarnation, and our karma is biting us in the butt. One way I would like to recommend of releasing karma is healing with the “Hoʻoponopono” Hold your heart with your hands over it and sincerely repeat the “Hoʻoponopono” 3 times. That should do it. Even if you don’t know why you are having a lack of or experiencing limitations of health or wealth.
Also, when you get attuned to Reiki, as I understand, it takes care of any karma, because you have dedicated your life to healing others. You are forgiven, sort of speak. Because you have decided to heal others by using Universal energy.
This is one way to healing karma. Now all that is left is to heal your way of thinking. This is sometimes hard because we are too busy to look at our way of thinking, but practice, practice, and more practice can help. I have to be reminded to think more positively.
Thinking differently helps in a way you would not expect. It is the law of attraction that brings negative things down on us. Some of this could be Karma. How about the homeless, apart from not having a place to live or work? How do you believe they got this way?
